Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
Items that have been customized or personalized
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
How to Return
Contact Us:
Email us at order@nimzsupplies.co.ke with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Prepare the Package:
Include the RMA number and a copy of the receipt inside the package.
Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
Ship the Item:
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
